New Parameter Pages - These lessons will explain the new “Tree” style Toolpath Parameter pages. Covers the parameters for Drill, Contour and Pocket. Additionally, we create toolpath to rough the outside using 2D HS Core roughing and clean out the leftover stock with the “Rest” toolpath option. Complete “Step by Step” toolpath processing gives you a “Real World” feel of how it works.

FBM Toolpaths - Start with the part as a billet and machine the Bottom and Top using Feature Based Machining (FBM). Detailed information on setting the parameters and using the tool selection options. Set your working plane (WCS) and Work Offset (G54-G55). Set your CAD defaults for hole sizes with the Hole Mapping feature. Explore the Map table and create your own .MAP file.

Dynamic Transform (XForm) - The coolest new Design feature gives you the ability to Transform (move/copy), Mirror and Rotate, all with a single command. Establish a new coordinate system on a tilted part and quickly shift that part to your zero point. Examples for Solids and Wireframe parts.

The new Refinement/Smoothing function will improve all of your 3D HSM Surfacing Toolpaths. Covers the new Toolpath Filter dialogs.
